The Experience

Design first. Then plan.

Most couples start booking vendors before they know what they want their wedding to feel like. We begin with your story and design identity — then build every function around it.

What We Do

From first idea to final detail.

Design

Creative Direction & Design

We build the visual world of your wedding first — palette, mood, materials, and atmosphere — so every later decision has somewhere true to belong.

Mandap and stage design, mehendi and sangeet décor, floral and marigold direction, tablescapes, invitations and trousseau cues — one design language your vendors can follow with confidence.

Destination

Destination & Venue Curation

A palace in Udaipur, a backwater property in Kerala, a beach in Goa, or somewhere abroad entirely — we help find and secure the setting that fits what you're picturing.

Location scouting, venue shortlisting, site visits, and vendor introductions across our network in India and beyond.

Planning

Full Planning & Coordination

Every moving part across every function — budget, timeline, logistics, guest hosting — managed behind the scenes so nothing falls to you.

End-to-end project management, vendor negotiation and oversight, pandit and ritual coordination, guest travel and room blocks, and the baraat logistics nobody warns you about.

The Days

On-Site Direction

Through every function, we're present and unobtrusive — making sure each one unfolds exactly as designed.

Full on-site coordination from mehendi to reception, run-of-show management for each function, and a team dedicated solely to your celebration those days.

The Functions

Five celebrations, one story.

An Indian wedding is not one event, and designing it as though it were is why so many of them feel disjointed. We treat the whole week as a single arc — each function distinct in mood, all of them unmistakably yours.

Mehendi

Where the whole thing begins to feel real — usually the most relaxed, most photographed hours of the week.

Haldi

Turmeric, marigold, and the least formal your families will ever be with each other.

Sangeet

Rehearsals, tributes, and the one night the guest list earns its keep.

The Wedding

The rituals themselves — held exactly as your traditions ask, without being rushed.

The Reception

The last evening, designed so you actually get to sit down at it.

Not every couple wants all five — we design the ones you actually care about.

Why Design Comes First

A design identity makes every later decision easier.

Once the palette, mood and materials are settled, the thousand smaller choices that follow stop being arguments and start being answers. Your decorator, florist and caterer all know what to bring you. Both families stop second-guessing.

It's also what keeps a week of functions from looking assembled out of five different Pinterest boards. Coherence is the thing guests feel without being able to name it.

The Process

Five steps, start to celebration.

01

Book your consultation.

Pick a slot directly on our calendar — no back-and-forth emails to find a time that works.

Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation with everything you need to prepare.

02

Complete your inquiry form.

A short questionnaire about you as a couple, your guest count, destination thoughts, and the feeling you want your wedding to leave behind. There are no wrong answers.

Please complete this at least 48 hours before your consultation so we have time to prepare.

03

Your consultation.

This is where we get to know you — your story, your traditions, what matters to you. Bring anything that's been speaking to you: screenshots, saved photos, a hotel you can't stop thinking about.

04

Receive your proposal & design direction.

A tailored proposal covering scope and investment, alongside an early design direction — palette, mood, and priorities — grounded in what you shared with us.

05

We plan. You enjoy.

From destination and vendors to the final candle lit on the day, we manage the entire journey — so you're a guest at your own wedding, not the project manager.

Timing

When to book.

Full planning and design work best with runway. The earlier we start, the more the design identity can shape every decision that follows.

  • Aren't yet ready to engage with design decisions
FAQ

Common questions.

Do we need a venue chosen before the consultation?
Not at all — it's quite common to come in without one. Your venue is one input into your design identity, not the starting point. We can build a strong design direction before a location is locked in.
Do you plan every function, or only the wedding day?
Every function. Mehendi, haldi, sangeet, the wedding, the reception — plus the welcome dinner and the send-off brunch if there are any. Designing them as one arc rather than five separate events is most of the point; it's also what keeps a multi-day celebration from feeling exhausting.
Do you plan weddings outside India?
Yes. We work with couples across the globe, including destination weddings both within India and abroad. Location scouting, travel logistics, and getting your vendors and rituals to a venue that has never hosted them before are all part of our planning services.
Our families follow different traditions. Can you hold both?
Yes, and it's some of our favourite work. Interfaith and inter-regional weddings need someone to sequence two sets of rituals so neither feels like an afterthought, and to brief both families on what's happening and when. We do that as a matter of course.
Do you offer day-of coordination only?
Our focus is full design and planning, though on-site direction is included as part of that journey. If you're only looking for day-of coordination with no design involvement, we may not be the right fit — reach out and we can point you in the right direction.
Do you work with all faiths and cultures?
Yes — proudly. We're secular and LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and welcome couples across every faith, region, and tradition, exactly as they are.
How many weddings do you take on?
Deliberately few. Keeping the roster small is the whole premise of the studio — it's what lets us be fully present for each celebration rather than dividing a team across several in the same week.
What if we miss our scheduled consultation?
Give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule and your spot stays yours. If something comes up unexpectedly, simply write to us and we'll find another time.
How Pricing Works

Every celebration is different — so every quote is too.

Because each wedding we take on is designed individually, we don't publish fixed pricing. Book a consultation and we'll talk through your vision, guest count, and destination to shape a proposal that fits.
